Osmocote is a controlled-release fertilizer, not a slow-release fertilizer.
This means that the release of nutrients is much more predictable so you can be more precise when feeding your plants.
Osmocote can be used on all varieties of potted plants
The 14-14-14 ratios are balance and better fertilizer ratio for all kinds of plant.
Soil temperature correlates to plant growth.
When temperatures cool, minimal plant growth corresponds to minimal Osmocote release.
As temperatures warm, the plant growth increases, as does the Osmocote release.
This process allows the plant to utilize the majority of the nutrients, leaving little, if any, waste
Osmocote 14-14-14 controlled release fertilizer is engineered to help deliver bigger, greener plants.
